Waters from Okaloosa-Walton County Line to Mexico Beach from 20 to 60 NM... * Until 700 AM CDT. * At 603 AM CDT, a shower capable of producing waterspouts was located 13 nm southeast of East Pass At Destin, or 13 nm southwest of Santa Rosa Beach, moving northeast at 15 knots. HAZARD...Waterspouts. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Waterspouts can quickly form and capsize boats...damage vessels...and create suddenly higher waves. Make sure all on board are in a secure location and wearing life jackets. * Locations impacted include... Panama City Beach, Laguna Beach, and Santa Rosa Beach.
