South Mobile Bay... * Until 200 PM CDT. * At 102 PM CDT, a strong thunderstorm capable of producing waterspouts was located over Point Clear, moving northwest at 15 knots. HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. * Locations impacted include... Gaillard Island, Pinto Island, Weeks Bay, Dog River Bridge, East Fowl River Bridge, Fairhope Pier, Bon Secour Bay, Middle Bay Light, Mouth Of Mobile River, and Battleship Park.
