Northeast Florida coastal waters from St Augustine to Flagler Beach out to 60 NM... * Until 600 PM EDT. * At 501 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing waterspouts was located 7 NM east of Marineland, or 10 NM northeast of Palm Coast, moving east at 10 knots. HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. * Locations impacted include... Big Georges Reef.
