Waters from Okaloosa-Walton County Line to Pensacola FL from 20 to 60 NM... * Until 745 AM CDT. * At 613 AM CDT, a line of showers and thunderstorms capable of producing waterspouts was located near Fort Walton Liberty Ship Reef, or 10 nm south of Mary Esther, moving east at 25 knots. HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. * Locations impacted include... Okaloosa Deep Water Reef, Oriskany Reef, and Fort Walton Liberty Ship Reef.
