HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. * Locations impacted include... Riviera Beach, Ocean Ridge, Palm Beach, Jupiter Inlet, Hypoluxo, Jupiter Inlet Colony, Juno Beach, Gulf Stream, Palm Beach Shores, Jupiter, Delray Beach, Highland Beach, South Palm Beach, Manalapan, Tequesta, Briny Breezes, North Palm Beach, and Boca Raton.
