Ontonagon to Upper Entrance of Portage Canal MI... * Until 615 PM EDT. * At 514 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 15 nm southwest of Rock of Ages Light to 33 nm south of The Western Lake Superior Buoy, moving northeast at 45 knots. HAZARD...Wind gusts to nearly 50 knots and small hail. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. * Strong thunderstorms will remain over mainly open waters.
