Coastal Waters of Northern Puerto Rico out 10 NM... * Until 400 PM AST. * At 233 PM AST, a strong thunderstorm was located over mainly areas of Manati area moving into the Atlantic coastal waters, north at 10 knots. HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. Waterspouts cannot be ruled out. * The strong thunderstorm will remain over mainly open waters.
