Warren County in north central Pennsylvania... * Until 1115 PM EDT. * At 1035 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line from 8 miles north of Russell to 21 miles west of Columbus, or along a line from 15 miles north of Warren to 43 miles west of Warren, moving southeast at 40 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and small hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees. * Locations impacted include... Warren, Sheffield, Columbus, Youngsville, Russell, Spring Creek, Chapman State Park, Warren South, Garland, Lottsville, Scandia, Kinzua Dam, Grand Valley, Enterprise, Tidioute, Sugar Grove, Starbrick, Clarendon and Bear Lake.
