Northern Perkins County in northwestern South Dakota... * Until 545 PM MDT. * At 442 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 9 miles east of Lodgepole, or 19 miles southwest of Lemmon, moving east at 40 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Automated observations. IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees. * Locations impacted include... Lemmon, Lodgepole, White Butte, Shadehill and Shadehill Reservoir.
