Southern Johnston County in central North Carolina... * Until 545 PM EDT. * At 445 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 6 miles north of Fremont to near Benson, moving southeast at 25 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees. * Locations impacted include... Goldsboro, Mount Olive, Benson, Fremont, Walnut Creek, Four Oaks, Pine Level, Kenly, Princeton and Lucama. This includes the following highways... Interstate 95 between Mile Markers 90 and 79. Interstate 40 between Mile Markers 327 and 359. NC Highway 264 between Mile Markers 45 and 48.
