Lane County in west central Kansas... * Until 900 PM CDT. * At 805 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from near Shields to near Alamota to 16 miles east of Friend, moving east at 30 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees. * Severe thunderstorms will be near... Alamota and Pendennis around 810 PM CDT. Beeler around 815 PM CDT. Utica around 820 PM CDT. Other locations in the path of these severe thunderstorms include Arnold, Ness City and Ransom. * This will replace the previous severe thunderstorm warning for Finney and Lane counties.
