HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts. SOURCE...Public. This storm is producing wind gusts of 65 to 70 mph upstream. IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings. * Locations impacted include... Estherville, Swan Lake, Ingham Lake, High Lake, Lost Island Lake, Okamanpedan Lake, Iowa Lake, Five Island Lake, Armstrong, Graettinger, Ruthven, Bancroft, Swea City, Ringsted, Fenton, Lakota, Wallingford, Ledyard, Gruver, and Dolliver.
