SVREPZ The National Weather Service in El Paso has issued a * Severe Thunderstorm Warning for... West central Dona Ana County in south central New Mexico... * Until 1230 PM MDT. * At 1144 AM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 9 miles south of Rincon, moving northeast at 25 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees. * Locations impacted include... Hatch, Leasburg, Rincon, Radium Springs, Hill, Fort Selden State Historic Site, Leasburg Dam State Park, and Magdalena Peak. This includes Interstate 25 in New Mexico between mile markers 13 and 39.
