Collingsworth County in the Panhandle of Texas... * Until 1245 AM CDT. * At 1144 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 3 miles southwest of Lutie to 3 miles southeast of Memphis, moving northeast at 20 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Minor damage to roofs, siding, and trees is possible. * Locations impacted include... Wellington, Dodson, Dozier, Lutie, Quail, and Samnorwood.
