Southern Marshall County in northeastern South Dakota... Southeastern Brown County in northeastern South Dakota... East central Faulk County in north central South Dakota... Northern Spink County in northeastern South Dakota... * Until 845 AM CDT. * At 738 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Stratford, or near Warner, moving northeast at 45 mph. THIS IS A DESTRUCTIVE STORM FOR THE BRENTFORD AREA. HAZARD...90 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Trained weather spotters. At 705 am 80 mph wind was reported 6 miles south of Rockham. IMPACT...You are in a life-threatening situation. Flying debris may be deadly to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be heavily damaged or destroyed. Homes and businesses will have substantial roof and window damage. Expect extensive tree damage and power outages. * This severe thunderstorm will be near... Stratford around 745 AM CDT. Bath around 750 AM CDT. Groton around 755 AM CDT. Other locations in the path of this severe thunderstorm include Putney, Tacoma Park, Claremont, Newport Colony and Amherst.
