Expected Conditions
South winds 20 to 30 knots upper bay, and 30 to 40 knots with gusts to 50 knots lower bay. Winds and bay waters will be highest in the southern part of the bay. Winds will subside to 15 to 20 knots late afternoon. Tropical storm force winds and hazardous seas will capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
