Coastal waters from South Santee River to Edisto Beach SC out 20 NM; Coastal waters from Edisto Beach SC to Savannah GA out 20 NM. Locations impacted include Fripp Island Reef, Hunting Island Reef, Fripp Island Wreck, Fripp Inlet Buoy, Edisto Forty Reef, Saint Helena Sound, Pelican Bank, Edisto Sixty Reef, Beaufort 45 Feet Reef, Betsy Ross Reef, General Gordon, Port Royal Sound, Parris Island Reef and Fish America.
