Nearshore and open waters from Reno Beach OH to Avon Point OH, including Reno Beach to The Islands OH; The Islands to Vermilion OH; Vermilion to Avon Point OH; and zones beyond 5 nm off shoreline to US-Canadian border. Locations impacted include Western Vermilion, Vermilion, and Huron.
