Affected Areas
Perdido Bay Area; Pensacola Bay Area including Santa Rosa Sound; Coastal waters from Pensacola FL to Pascagoula MS out 20 NM; Coastal waters from Okaloosa-Walton County Line to Pensacola FL out 20 NM. Locations impacted include Pensacola Beach, Pensacola Pass, Fort Pickens, East Bay, Pensacola Bay Bridge, Garcon Point Bridge, Pensacola Bay, Navarre Beach, East Santa Rosa Sound, and West Santa Rosa Sound.
What You Should Do
Avoid the warned areas as small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves.
Expected Conditions
Strong thunderstorms located along a line extending from near Fort Pickens to 7 nm northwest of Oriskany Reef, moving northeast at 25 knots. Hazard includes wind gusts 34 knots or greater.
