Pamlico Sound; Neuse and Bay Rivers; S of Cape Hatteras NC to Ocracoke Inlet NC out to 20 NM; S of Ocracoke Inlet NC to Cape Lookout NC out to 20 NM. Locations impacted include The Vicinity Of Atlantic, Drum Inlet, The Vicinity Of Adams Creek, Ar275, The Vicinity Of South River, Cedar Island, and The Vicinity Of Cedar Island.
