Nearshore waters from Reno Beach OH to Vermilion OH; open waters from Reno Beach OH to The Islands OH; Reno Beach to The Islands OH beyond 5NM off shoreline to US-Canadian border. Locations impacted include Put-In-Bay, Sandusky Bay, and Kelleys Island.
