Coastal waters from Manasquan Inlet to Little Egg Inlet NJ out 20 NM; Coastal waters from Little Egg Inlet to Great Egg Inlet NJ out 20 NM; Waters from Manasquan Inlet NJ to Little Egg Inlet NJ from 20 to 60 NM. Locations impacted include Beach Haven, North Beach Haven, Barnegat Light, Garden State North Reef, Little Egg Reef, Little Egg Inlet, Ship Bottom, Brigantine, Garden State South Reef, Harvey Cedars, and Atlantic City.

Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. Avoid the area.
