S of Cape Lookout NC to Surf City NC out to 20 NM; Waters from Cape Lookout to Surf City NC from 20 to 60 NM. Locations impacted include Salter Path, Cape Lookout Bight, Morehead City-Atlantic Beach Bridge, Atlantic Beach, Bogue Sound, Beaufort Inlet, Pine Knoll Shores, Bogue Inlet, Emerald Isle Bridge, Beaufort, and Emerald Isle.
