HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. * Locations impacted include... Cape Fear Knuckle Buoy, Mount Dirfy's Wreck, and Raritan Wreck.
