Delaware Bay waters north of East Point NJ to Slaughter Beach DE. Locations impacted include Fortesque Beach, Sea Breeze, Fourteen Foot Bank Light, Slaughter Beach, Bowers Beach, Woodland Beach, Miah Maull Light, Ship John Shoal Light, and Cross Ledge Light.
