A Special Marine Warning has been issued by the National Weather Service Mount Holly NJ. The alert is effective from 6:07 PM EDT on May 20, 2026, until 7:00 PM EDT on May 20, 2026.

The warning covers Delaware Bay waters north of East Point NJ to Slaughter Beach DE; Delaware Bay waters south of East Point NJ to Slaughter Beach DE; Coastal waters from Great Egg Inlet to Cape May NJ out 20 NM; and Coastal waters from Cape May NJ to Cape Henlopen DE out 20 NM.

Move to safe harbor immediately as gusty winds and high waves are expected. Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves.
