At 5:21 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing waterspouts were located along a line extending from near Kennebunkport to 6 nm southeast of York to near The Mouth Of The Merrimack River, moving east at 40 knots. Hazards include waterspouts and wind gusts to nearly 50 knots.
