Chesapeake Bay north of Pooles Island MD; Chesapeake Bay from Pooles Island to Sandy Point MD; Patapsco River including Baltimore Harbor; Chester River to Queenstown MD.

Strong thunderstorms located along a line extending from 14 nm west of Middle River to 17 nm west of Back River to 19 nm west of Fort Smallwood State Park, moving east at 35 knots. Hazard includes wind gusts 34 knots or greater.
