Central and Southern Bay of Green Bay, including areas south of a line from Cedar River to Rock Island Passage and north of a line from Oconto WI to Little Sturgeon Bay WI. The storm was located over Oconto, 15 NM north of Green Bay Harbor Entrance Light.
