At 8:43 AM HST, a strong thunderstorm was located 18 nm northeast of FAD Buoy X, or 27 nm north of Turtle Bay, moving north at 35 knots. Hazards include wind gusts 34 knots or greater and small hail. Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves.
