HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. * Locations impacted include... Pinto Island, Dog River Bridge, Mouth Of Mobile River, and Battleship Park.
