Impacted locations include New Point Comfort, Latimer Shoal, Plantation Light, Thimble Shoals, Poquoson, Kiptopeke Concrete Ships, Dominion Pier, Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel, Tue Marshes Light, York Spit Reef, Buoy 36a, Hampton River Inlet, Hampton Flats, Bluefish Rock, Fishermans Island, The Hump, Monitor Merrimack Bridge Tunnel, Willoughby Bay, Cabbage Patch, and Sewells Point.
