Yavapai County in west central Arizona. Locations impacted include Cottonwood, Verde Village, Clarkdale, Cornville, Cottonwood Airport, Bridgeport, Jerome State Historic Park, Jordan, Jerome, Dead Horse Ranch State Park, Cherry, Bignotti, Tuzigoot National Monument and Mingus Mountain. Highways affected: State Route 260 between mile markers 207 and 212; State Route 89A between mile markers 332 and 359. Recreation areas include Powell Springs Campground, Potato Patch Campground, Playground Group Campground, Red-Tail Hawk Loop Campground, Quail Loop Campground, Raven Loop Campground, Blackhawk Loop Campground, Cooper's Hawk Loop Campground and Windmill Park.
