Severe Thunderstorm Warning issued by NWS Tulsa OK. Effective from June 22 at 3:22 AM CDT until June 22 at 4:15 AM CDT. Alert type code: SVR.
Affected Areas
Southwestern Haskell County, southern McIntosh County, western Latimer County, and Pittsburg County in southeastern Oklahoma. Locations in or near the path include Mcalester, Wilburton, Eufaula, Hartshorne, Krebs, Quinton, Kiowa, Savanna, Crowder, Alderson, Kinta, Canadian, Indianola, Hanna, Ashland, Higgins, Raiford, Haywood, Damon, and Blocker.

Remain alert for a possible tornado. Tornadoes can develop quickly from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado, go at once into the basement or small central room in a sturdy structure. For protection, move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a building.
Expected Conditions
At 3:22 AM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 6 miles southwest of Dustin to 2 miles southeast of Calvin to Ada, moving east at 50 mph. Hazards include 70 mph wind gusts and penny size hail (0.75 inch). Radar indicated.
