The warning covers Caldwell County, Carroll County, Daviess County, Grundy County, Lafayette County, Livingston County, and Ray County in Missouri. Impacted locations include Excelsior Springs, Chillicothe, Oak Grove, Trenton, Richmond, Odessa, Lexington, Lawson, Hamilton, Gallatin, Braymer, Orrick, Wellington, Norborne, Polo, Hardin, Jamesport, Breckenridge, Henrietta, and Crystal Lakes. Affected highways include Interstate 70 between mile markers 30 and 45 and Interstate 35 between mile markers 58 and 76.

Expected Conditions
At 9:36 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from near Pattonsburg to 6 miles east of Spring Hill, moving east at 45 mph. Hazards include 70 mph wind gusts. These storms have produced 60 to 80 mph wind gusts in the Kansas City metro area. Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings. Hail up to 0.75 inches is radar indicated.
