Locations impacted include Monticello, Winamac, Monon, Brookston, Wolcott, Francesville, Medaryville, Pulaski, Ripley, Reynolds, Chalmers, Burnettsville, Smithson, Denham, Indiana Beach, Clarks, Idaville, Sitka, Buffalo, and Badger Grove.
