The warning covers Eastern Cameron County, Central Centre County, Northeastern Clearfield County, Clinton County, Western Lycoming County, Southern Potter County, and Southwestern Tioga County in north central Pennsylvania. Locations impacted include Lock Haven, Jersey Shore, Cameron, Wharton, Keating, Mill Hall, Avis, Dunnstown, Flemington, Renovo, Castanea, and Galeton. The alert also affects portions of Interstate 80 between the Kylertown and Loganton exits, specifically between mile markers 140 and 158, between mile markers 168 and 173, and near mile marker 179.
