Affected Areas
Rock County, northeastern Loup County, northern Garfield County, Holt County, and northwestern Wheeler County in north central Nebraska. Locations impacted include O'Neill, Bassett, Atkinson, Stuart, Chambers, Newport, Amelia, Emmet, Sybrant, Twin Lakes State Wildlife Management Area, Carson Lake, Sunfish Lake, Mariaville, Pony Lake, and Midway. Highways affected: Highway 183 (mile markers 138-146 and 158-182), Highway 20 (mile markers 258-309), Highway 281 (mile markers 173-206).
