A Severe Thunderstorm Warning was issued by the National Weather Service in La Crosse WI on June 5 at 8:29 PM CDT. The alert is effective from 8:29 PM CDT until 9:30 PM CDT.

The warning covers Southern Juneau County in central Wisconsin, Northeastern Vernon County in southwestern Wisconsin, and Southeastern Monroe County in west central Wisconsin. The storm was located near Tomah at 8:29 PM CDT and will be near Elroy around 8:50 PM CDT and Wonewoc around 9:05 PM CDT. Highways affected include Interstate 90/94 between mile markers 67 and 86 and Interstate 90 between mile markers 34 and 43.
