The warning affects central Johnson County, northern Hill County, and southwestern Ellis County in Texas. Specific locations include Cleburne, Hillsboro, Keene, Alvarado, Venus, Whitney, Itasca, Grandview, Blum, Covington, Carl's Corner, Lake Pat Cleburne, Aquilla Lake, Lake Whitney, Parker, Rio Vista, Milford, Coyote Flats, Sand Flat, and Mertens.
