The warning covers Johnson County and Lafayette County. Locations impacted include Warrensburg, Odessa, Higginsville, Lexington, Knob Noster, Concordia, Holden, Whiteman Air Force Base, Waverly, Wellington, Leeton, Corder, Alma, Chilhowee, Kingsville, Mayview, Whiteman Afb, Lake Lafayette, Centerview, and Emma. This includes Interstate 70 in Missouri between mile markers 32 and 62.

Expected Conditions
At 9:33 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from near Odessa to 7 miles north of Holden to East Lynne, moving southeast at 35 mph. Hazards include 70 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. The line has a history of 60-65 mph winds. Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Considerable tree damage and wind damage to mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings is likely.
