Edgecombe County, Halifax County, and Nash County in central North Carolina. Locations impacted include Rocky Mount, Tarboro, Dortches, Red Oak, Enfield, Princeville, Whitakers, Hobgood, Conetoe, and Castalia. This includes Interstate 95 between Mile Markers 154 and 141.
