Warren County in east central Georgia, central Taliaferro County in east central Georgia, and south central Wilkes County in east central Georgia. Locations impacted include Warrenton, Crawfordville, Norwood, Sharon, Camak, Ficklin, Cadley, Shoals, Lundberg, Jewell, Beall Springs, Mayfield, Barnett, Rocky Creek Fire Dept., Mesena, Raytown, Alexander Stephens Park, and Sandy Cross.
