Alert Details
A Severe Thunderstorm Warning has been issued by the National Weather Service Austin/San Antonio TX. The alert is effective from May 10 at 11:27 PM CDT until May 11 at 12:30 AM CDT.
Affected Areas
The warning covers southeastern Maverick County and southwestern Dimmit County in south central Texas. The storm was located 10 miles northwest of Chupadera Ranch Airport, or 15 miles southeast of El Indio, moving south at 15 mph.

At 11:27 PM CDT, the severe thunderstorm featured 60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail (1.00 inch). Hail damage to vehicles is expected along with wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
