Northern New Castle County in northern Delaware; Northwestern Salem County and Northwestern Gloucester County in southern New Jersey; Southern Chester County and Delaware County in southeastern Pennsylvania. Locations impacted include Wilmington, Newark, West Chester, Chester, Pennsville, Westtown, Carneys Point, Folcroft, Swarthmore, Elsmere, Kennett Square, New Castle, Penns Grove, Oxford, Parkesburg, Woodstown, West Grove, Swedesboro, Newport, and Arden. Affected highways include New Jersey Turnpike between exits 1 and 2; Interstate 95 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 0 and 10; Interstate 95 in Delaware between mile markers 1 and 23; Interstate 295 in New Jersey between mile markers 0 and 16; Interstate 476 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 0 and 8.
