Cumberland County and York County in Maine. Locations impacted include Portland, South Portland, Biddeford, Westbrook, Alfred, Sanford, Cumberland, Saco, Gorham, Somersworth, Falmouth, Kennebunk, Cape Elizabeth, Buxton, Berwick, Hollis, Kennebunkport, South Berwick, Scarborough, and York. Also includes Ogunquit Beach, Wells Beach, Fortunes Rock Beach, Higgins Beach, Crescent Beach State Park, Peaks Island, Long Island, Cushing Island, Cousins Island, and Great Diamond Island. Highways: Interstate 295 between mile markers 1 and 15; Interstate 95 between mile markers 9 and 56.
