SVRPDT The National Weather Service in Pendleton Oregon has issued a * Severe Thunderstorm Warning for... Southeastern Crook County in central Oregon... Southeastern Deschutes County in central Oregon... Southwestern Grant County in central Oregon... * Until 330 PM PDT. * At 225 PM PDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 21 miles east of Hampton, or 37 miles west of Burns, moving northwest at 30 mph. THIS IS A DESTRUCTIVE STORM FOR Southeast Crook and Southeast Deschutes Counties. HAZARD...80 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be heavily damaged. Expect considerable damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles. Extensive tree damage and power outages are likely. * Locations impacted include... Paulina, Hampton, and Suplee. This includes Highway 20 between mile markers 55 and 69.
