East central Crockett County in west central Texas, including Ozona and the intersection of I-10 and Highway 405 (11 miles southwest of Ozona). Additional impacted locations include the intersection of Highway 163 and Ranch Road 1973, and Interstate 10 between Mile Markers 351 and 378.
