A Severe Thunderstorm Warning (SVR) was issued by the National Weather Service Lincoln IL on June 11 at 11:15 PM CDT. The alert is effective from 2026-06-11T23:15:00-05:00 until 2026-06-12T00:00:00-05:00.

At 11:14 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from Jewett to near Kinmundy, moving east at 40 mph. Hazards include 60 mph wind gusts and nickel size hail (0.88 inch). Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees. Severe thunderstorms will be near Dieterich, Wheeler, and Hidalgo around 11:20 PM CDT; Bible Grove around 11:25 PM CDT; and Louisville around 11:30 PM CDT. Other locations in the path include Newton, Bogota, Sailor Springs and Willow Hill.
