Southeastern Centre County in central Pennsylvania and southeastern Clinton County in north central Pennsylvania. Locations impacted include Lock Haven, Bellefonte, Lamar, Zion, Mill Hall, Dunnstown, Flemington, Castanea, Milesburg, Millheim, Blanchard, and Aaronsburg. Includes Interstate 80 between the Snow Shoe and Jersey Shore exits (mile markers 153 to 186) and Interstate 99 from mile markers 83 to 85.
