Locations impacted include Lock Haven, Bellefonte, Lamar, Zion, Mill Hall, Dunnstown, Flemington, Castanea, Milesburg, Millheim, Blanchard, and Aaronsburg. Includes Interstate 80 between the Snow Shoe and Jersey Shore exits (mile markers 153 to 186) and Interstate 99 from mile markers 83 to 85.

At 909 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from Milesburg to Spring Mills, moving northeast at 35 mph. Hazard includes 60 mph wind gusts. Very heavy rainfall is occurring and may lead to flash flooding. Max hail size up to .75 inches.
